WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR TRIAL?

The 21 Day Trial provides the perfect opportunity to come and experience everything our gym has to offer. A chance to train without limits and enjoy the benefits of effective coach led fitness.

Beyond the 21 Day Trial, we have two membership options available.

small group PT Transformation Package:
where you get a hands-on education, support on everything you need to reach your goals ( subject to 6- 12 months contracts)

Training-only memberships:
Training only turn up to group PT session hassle-free, no contract just 30 day notice cancellation period required.

and we'll be on hand to advise you on which one will be best suited to your training goals and personal circumstance.

4 x Fitness classes/monthly

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN

WARM UP
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm-up designed specifically to prime and prepare your body for that day’s workout.

MAIN WORKOUT
Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength/capacity portion to build and maintain lean muscle, improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness.

HIGH FIVES + DEBRIEF!
We have 10 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your BC Fitness coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!
